Classroom Training taught by outside contractor

I am creating classroom training courses. Some of the courses are taught by outside consulting and training firms. Is there anyway to track the outside trainer in the instructor field without adding them as a user.

While you cannot track anyone who is not a user, you can manage what that user has access to by managing their roles and many other permissions in the system.

Feel free to contact me directly, I'll be glad to discuss your needs and provide some suggestions.

Thanks for the feed back. That is unfortunate since the company will

have to pay for a user added as an outside contractor, even though they

will never use  the system.

You can have unlimited users in your system, but if they are cohosting with someone on your staff, your staff member can be the license holder and the contractor can just be a participant user.  You shouldn't need to spend anything to follow this common model.
