Confusion for external users

We have external users (suppliers) that are required to take a sub-set of a Learning Program. We assign them individually to external users as certifications, as seen in "My Learning" below. However, the external user also sees the other courses in the "My Skills" section which they have not been assigned, nor are they required to take. The external learner thinks that they are required to complete these as well, which creates undue stress on their part..
