copy Instance Defaults to other courses

all, I'm playing around with the Instance feature and one of the features as far as I can see which is missing, is to be able to copy the Instance defaults from one course to other courses. Basically creating a "Instance Default Template" (or multiple) where you can choose from, from within every course, you've created. In this way I can setup an Instance template (with certain variables turned on/off, setting certain reminders etc) which can be used for every course. And I don't need manual set those variables for each single course again and again.

Is it correct that this feature is not available?
