Course author in settings

I am new to Adobe. So far everything is pretty intuitive, but one thing stumps me, so I perhaps just do not know how to do it. I am publishing some legacy courses whose past authors will not be listed. As I build a course, I am automatically listed as author. I cannot find a way to delete the author name unless I Publish first, then go back to Settings, Edit, and then delete the author and Republish. Is this really how it needs to be done? Seems really counterintuitive, so any advice is most welcome. Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team. 

     

    When you create a course you are automatically added as the author of the course. 

    The only way to remove the author is to edit the published course and then remove the author. 

     

    I understand that is extra work for you but this is how it's designed. In case you want this to be modified, kindly send a business use case in detail to us at captivateprimesupport@adobe.com. We will forward this to our product team for review.
