CSV upload - functionality question...

Within the next several days, I’ll need to upload additional users to our Adobe Captivate Prime LMS. At present, 150 users have been added to our LMS, and I have a major question…

 

  • If my 150 existing users are NOT included in the NEW csv file that I will upload, will they be removed from the LMS, or will they remain?

Hi Shari,

Yes, it will be deleted. You need to have all the new users including the old 150 users in your new CSV and then you need to upload it again on Prime to make sure that you have all the users(both Old & New) listed under Users tab.

Also if you by mistake delete a user from Prime and want to add it back then you need to add that user in CSV and upload the whole CSV (including all the users) to Prime again and that user will be added back .
