Customize page appearance of the leaderboard page

Hello everyone.

is there a way to customize the leaderboard page? I would like to remove the explanations on the right side and instead implement an progress bar to show the learner how far he is in his task. Also I would love to edit the appearance of the hover message at the points (see attachment).
