Customizing L1 Feedback

On the L1 Feedback page, it says "Create a questionnaire to get feedback from learners after completing a course. Questions should be worded as statements that learners would then respond to on a scale of 1-5."

Under that it provides:

Mandatory Question

Questions (For Self Paced Courses)

Questions (For Classroom Courses)

The Mandatory Question is the only one that measures on what I assume would be the 5 point scale mentioned above.

The remaining questions are all standard that can be edited, but to which the answers have to be either Yes or No.

My question is how can I edit all these questions to be on a scale from 1 - 5, and edit the Mandatory Question as per the instructions given on that page.
