How to delete instances? Multiple instances were created for a course by mistake, and we only see the option to "Retire" but not "Delete" them. Any advice or workaround is appreciated.

    • The Delete Instance option is only available for Self-Paced course instances and instances with no learners enrolled.
VC session modules or self-paced training instances with learners enrolled cannot be deleted. You can only retire the instance. This is intended behavior.

I see. The instances I'm trying to delete have VC modules, so that explains why the option to delete is not available. Thank you!

To delete the Instance, please follow the below steps:

Login as Admin/Author in your Adode Learning Manager account > Course > Select the course > Instances > Edit > Delete this Instance

    Please Note:

    • The default instance cannot be deleted.
    • The Delete Instance option is only available for Self-Paced course instances and instances with no learners enrolled.
VC session modules or self-paced training instances with learners enrolled cannot be deleted. You can only retire the instance. This is intended behavior.

I hope the information provided is helpful.

    Regards,
