Deleting or Editing a profile

Ok so I have multiple users assigned to a profile that I misspelled, how do I edit or delete that profile. I have assigned all users to the correct profile now, but the misspelled profile still shows up when I am adding users leaving the chance  to assign them to the wrong one again.
