Delinquent User Report?

We all think training is important. When someone fails to complete an assignment is that information tracked in the LMS anywhere?

We'd like to be able to generate a report of how many times a person has missed a deadline so that information can be discussed during an annual review.

Of course, we'd also like to generate a report showing how many times a person MET a deadline so that can also be included in the annual review.

Is that possible with Prime?

Hi Peter,

You can click on the course from the Admin panel and go Learners. Click on the arrow and you can check the Status of the course as "Completed" or "Started" or "Not Started".

To have further  more information you can export the learner history for that course in excel from Admin mode>Course name>Learners>Actions>Export and have the below details for that course and learner:

Hi Peter,

Yes if someone has failed a quiz in any particular course. We can pull the report for that specific course and get the data from there as Mayank has suggested.

As of now there is no such function in Captivate Prime which you help in tracking about who missed the deadline.

Yes, exporting the available data works. Just wish there was more info to report...
