Disable Playback Bar

Hello,

 

We have uploaded mp4 videos directly to ALM and then created courses using that content. We want to disable the playback bar so people cannot slide it to the right to "complete" their training. However, that doesn't seem to be an option as far as we can tell.

 

Is this something that can be disabled? The content is required to be a particular time per our state's law so it's imperative this feature be turned off so we can ensure compliance.

As of now, the playback control customization is not applicable to the native Adobe Learning Manager. But you can leverage the feature on headless implementations of ALM.

To enable/disable other features of the fluidic player like TOC, Notes, Language, Speed and Quality, Caption & Volume, you can refer to the steps here:
