Display correct answer when getting a question wrong

Hi! I'm new to Captivate and I'm trying to incorporate feedback from colleagues for a training I've created. My training has questions intersperced throughout. Is it possible for the learner to see the correct answer/s immediatly after getting a question wrong or partially correct in addition to or rather than seeing the correct answer after completing the entire quiz and reviewing?
