Document pending for approval

Hi ,

 

I have submitted the document as a proof which I have completed before the due data but it is still showing as document pending for approval and showing as overdue in dashboard. Could anyone please help on this.

    The approval needs to be processed by the Captivate Prime account administrator/instructor.
