As a stand alone product (meaning without the help of creating something in Adobe Captivate, then publishing it in Prime), does Prime have the capability to...

1. Have a company specific Terms of Use page appear that all my learners must agree to before gaining access to company courses?
2. Prevent, learning content from being copied, reproduced, stolen?
3. Have a company specific learners' forum (examples include, one just for sales, one just for product development, then one for entire organization)?
4. Have a company specific welcome message for users newly added to the platform?
5. Have the option of creating a knowledge index report? For example, a learner works through a course, but needs remediation, is there a report that indicates to Admin/Manager specifically what learning content that person needs remediation on?

...some of the aforementioned are features I have in my current cloud-based LMS.
