Drag and Drop without bounce back

I am using the "league" project slide drag and drop: Match

As is, anytime you drag something and it isn't in the right spot, it automatically bounces back. I don't want it to auto bounce back. How can I change it?

Can you please confirm if this query is for Adobe Captivate Authoring tool or for Captivate Prime LMS?

It seems to be related to Captivate but I would like to know the details before suggesting anything.
