Enhancement request - allow edit of gamification levels and task points

The bronze, silver, gold and platinum points required are almost impossible to achieve with the number of courses we have. We would like to use the levels to incent our employees monetarily. We either need to be able to decrease the points to achieve a level or increase the points for accomplishing a task.
