Enquiry on user roles

Hi, We are a company that provides content to organisations, thus we have instructors or subject matter experts freelancing with us. So once I create a new user group for them and assign the roles, can I not allow them to see my clients/students emails? If so, where may I do that and which box do I check in user settings.

    We do not have any feature to allow any users to see emails from other users.
