error Cannot read properties of undefined - (reading 'enabled')

Question

I am building an extension to connect "Adobe Commerce" with "ALM" [a custom implementation].

My script used to work perfectly but recently it has started to break and I am getting this error in console log

primeStrip.b3647436069d247.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'enabled')

I am more than 100% sure that this is related to iframesrc present in my module. I have this as iframeSrc

iframeSrc: "https://learningmanager.adobe.com/app/embeddablewidget?widgetRef=com.adobe.captivateprime.primeStrip&resourceType=html",

is there a solution for my problem?

The error might be related to the Adobe Commerce add-on not being enabled on your account.

I would request you kindly reach our support team at learningmanagersupport@adobe.com.

They will help you with the process of enabling the add-on.
