Error: No user details found for the emailid, please check with your admin

Question

We have configured SSO via Auth0 for Adobe Learning Manager.

When I try to login via SSO I get the error

No user details found for the emailid, please check with your admin if you have an active account in Adobe Learning Manager.

I have checked. The account, I use for SSO has the same email as the User in ALM has and also the Adobe ID is the same. The user also is active in ALM.

Has anyone a clue, why I get this error?
