Export Quiz Scores - No Download

When I click on "Export Quiz Scores," a pop-up is displayed with this message:

 

Generating Report Request
It may take a while for us to generate your report. You may continue using Prime and the download will start automatically when it is ready.
If you close the browser window, the download will start the next time you visit Prime.
Note: Reports are saved in the Downloads folder of your browser.
 
Seems easy enough to understand.  However, the report never downloads.  Did it last week, logged in several times since, tried again today, no report/no download.
