Exporting Announcement Report-Learning Program Object

I'm trying to export the report for an announcement. I selected an instance of a learning program as my Object. However, it's not exporting. Learners are enrolled at the learning program instance level (instead of the course instance).

Is this a known issue?

I was able to see the results by exporting all under Actions. Export just wasn't working at the individual announcement level. May have been a bug.
