Exporting to Captivate Prime from Presenter 11

Hi,

I am trying to export an e-learning file from PowerPoint/adobe presenter 11 into adobe captivate prime.

I have followed tutorials etc. however still encounter the same problem. When I upload the file for the module the content doesn't load, all that I get is the file name and the square image with the blue square going round and round. I waited for 5 minutes and still it was the same.

Contacting adobe support also did not work as the prime team wasn't available nor the 24hr support team.

Please can anyone help me or advise where I am going wrong?

    Hi Emma,

    Please follow the below mentioned Troubleshooting steps.

    1. Close Presenter (or PowerPoint) in case if it is already running
    2. Navigate to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Presenter 11.0\Templates\html”  location
    3. Take a backup of ‘Presenter.js’ file(rename the Presenter.js file to ‘Presenter_old.js)
    4. Download and paste the Presenter.js file from Location - Adobe Creative Cloud
    5. Launch Presenter., try publish to Prime
