External Users - Deleting and Changing
New to Adobe Captivate Prime. So, there has been a good deal of trial and error in starting our LMS journey as an organization.
My team and I created a test external user account to see what the options were for managing our 17 external user groups. However, I don't see a way to delete the test user now that we are up and running. Is pausing the account the only solution?
With our external users, the email for who is responsible for that partner organization may change. What is the best way to edit the email associated with the external registration profile?
