how do I enable feedback for my courses ? help me urgently...

Hi There,

You may follow the below steps to enable the feedback for the courses in Captivate Prime-

Login as administrator and click on "Courses" at the left pane.
Click the course title for which you want to enable the feedback.
Click Instance (default) at the left pane.
Click Feedback Enabled in the Default Instance.
You can enable the feedback (L1 and L3) now for your course by clicking on the toggle button adjacent to the feedback type.

Note- In order to enable L3 feedback, you may also add the L3 feedback question.
