Font Issues - Configuring Email Templates

Question

Hello Team, we are personalizing email templates for some training in Adobe Learning Manager. I don't see any way to changing the font size, bold, underline etc.

How can I do this.

Right now, somehow, one of my notifications has a mix of font sizes and it looks awful to the end user.

Hi Cyril,Greetings from the Adobe Learning Manager team.We cannot edit/change the font directly on email templates. However, you can copy the text to a Word document/Word pad, change the font as required, and copy and paste the text to the email template. Kindly note that we can only do basic editings, such as font style and size.
