What causes the Get Adobe ID link from the Prime log in screen to vanish?

I have a computer where a new user failed to obtain a new Adobe ID. Ever since that time, we've not been able to see the Get Adobe ID link on the login page, under IE11.

We DO see it under Chrome running on that same computer. Unfortunately, IE11 is our standard so we can't just switch browsers.

We have cleared the browser cache and restarted that computer with no positive result. Still no Get Adobe ID link on the Prime log in page.

Anyone else having this issue with IE11?

    Can you please post the screenshot of the issue as well to a have a better look at it?

    Sure:

    We still can't get the link to appear in IE11 on that computer after several reboots.
