Getting and error
One of my staff are trying to log into MDE using Adobe. They have an active Adobe account, but they keep getting an error.
"An error occured while processing IMSRedirect request/loginpost, your user's account is inactive please contact your admin to get the user enabled. Your user STATE is Deleted. "
Like I said, she is not deleted. We've also deleted the cache and we tried incognito, but the error keeps occurring. Any thoughts?
