Helpline training, cannot advance modules
Hi, I am having an issue where even though I've completed a module and passed the quiz with 95%, when I exit the finished module it still says 'in progress'. I am not able to advance to the next module. I have tried the program on my laptop, another laptop, my phone and in an incognito window, it makes no difference. Have others had this problem? The training is on a deadline so I would like to resolve this issue asap.
