How did you learn Captivate Prime?

In the midst of skills acquisition for our company in both Captivate and Captivate Prime. What has been the most fruitful way to get skilled up in these platforms. Tired of paying $200/hour for single-issue fixes, and am looking for the modality --class, book, self-training, etc--that has been the most rewarding for you or your company members.
