How do I upload longer videos to Adobe Captivate Prime?

I am having difficulties uploading videos to Adobe Prime that are longer than about 5 MB / 1 minute. I need to upload videos of about 5 minutes. Note: The videos all upload easily to YouTube.

On one typical movie of 13MB it uploaded to 38% 5MB then the loader cycled back to 9% and up again to 27% before dropping back.  This occurred several times until eventually an error message flashed up for a couple of seconds.  I have tried several times with several different videos all with the same result.

I have also tried putting the videos into Adobe Captivate and uploading them this way but this also fails.

I have now amended the Windows Firewall to allow Captivate full access and it still does not work.

I have now looked into this further with an Adobe representative who was able to upload my video without any problems.  It would appear that this is a problem of Windows 10 Firewall not being able to communicate properly with Captivate Prime.  If you have any thoughts please let me know.

    Hi,

Captivate Prime is supported on Windows 10. You have mentioned above that you have already contacted one Adobe representative. Can you please give me that person's name here so that i can coordinate with him/her to investigate the issue. In general the video upload is supported on Win 10 and it should work with default firewall settings.
