How do you report LMS usage for the week or time period?

Question

We want to report to management how much time learners spent in the LMS for the week. The Time Spent report would be logical to display this information, but anecdotal evidence seems to point to reporting too low. We were advised to use the Transcript report, but that has inconsistencies too. The time spent is not calculated by the week (or time range of the report), but is cumulative for that person from the start date of the course for that person. It also has a row for the learning path, a row for the learning type, and a row for the module/course. So the column of time spent shows the same time 3 times. What advice do you have for me?

You can evaluate the Learning Time spent report as an Administrator in the LMS.
It gives us a brief overview of the Learning Time spent reporting in the LMS, which comprises of Total Learning Time spent in hours v/s Days.

This is auto calculated details present in the LMS, based on the learning activity happening across LMS.

Steps to View and Export the report-
Login as Admin > Reports > User Activity > Learning Time Spent Report > Export
Preview is available in the LMS and can be exported for detailed analysis.
