How to access vendor platform

Adobe keeps asking I go to my vendor platform to update my credit card. But there is no link for it.

    I am facing the same issue and the help centre is absolutely clueless on this. I am on the verge of cancelling my subscription.

    From the screenshot we can check that the issue is with Creative Cloud subscription.
