How to add a course to a current certification

Hi There,

Could you please confirm have you published the Certificate that you have created in Captivate Prime or is it still in Draft state?

If it is in Draft state and not published yet then you may click on Certificate name and then click on Courses (on left hand side) and go to Catalog and hover your cursor over the course thumbnails and click on + in order to add those courses to the Certificate.

If Certificate has already been published, then hover over the published certificate and click "Duplicate" by which a copy of the published certificate will get create in the Drafts and then you can add more courses to it by going to the course catalog and can also change the name of the duplicate certificate.
