How to add/remove subscriptions from an account?

To add subscriptions in an account, add the number of users for who you'd like to purchase subscriptions. Then on the upper-right corner, click Place Order. Review the estimate and click Proceed. Enter your account details and also your credit card details. Then to purchase the subscriptions, click Complete Order.

To remove an active subscription, contact the Captivate Prime support team.

I no longer need all of my licenses, how do I reduce them for going forward?

It is ironic that while adding subscriptions is very easy, deleting them is not. I have multiple subscriptions, each with a different anniversary date. I want to delete just a few of them, but of course that is not easy. I contacted the support team and was basically pointed to this community support page. Not very helpful. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

We understand that managing the subscriptions is not as direct as creating them in Prime. There are certain terms and conditions. I will ensure that all the details are explained to you properly over a call/meeting so that you can manage the licenses according to your requirement going further.
