How to clean up Admin Reports in Adobe Captivate Prime

Hello, 

I am creating some reports to share to managers and would like to keep it as simple as possible. I need a report that when downloaded doesn't have a lot of junk added to it. Right now, I am deleting alot of columns to organize the report. Is there a way to create a report that just shows required training and its' status?
