How to communicate the percentage of pages viewed ?

Hello,

I would like to communicate the percentage of pages viewed so that the LMS platform allows the learner to access the next class or not.

For example, the learner can access course #2 only if he or she has viewed 80% of the slides in course #1.

How can I do this with Captivate?

    Hi,

    In your content library you can modify this setting. Follow these steps..

    1. Go in Author Mode

    2. Find the module or modules you want to modify

    3. Edit

    4. Click the circle in the completion criteria section and set the minimum percentage

    You will then have to go back to your course and make sure you have the "ordered" setting clicked, and make sure they are arranged in the proper order. If this is across different courses, not just individual modules inside a course, set up a learning plan but ensure you still have that minimum percentage set.
