How to manage Learners in Captivate Prime when the Users are temporary?

We have an on-going need to train outsiders on our product.  The training period for each user might be 1 to 3 months.  Can I create a learner under a license for a set period, then replace that learner with another under the same license?  What happens to my history under such conditions?

Hi Patrick,

You can create an external Learner user group and also set its expiry date.

So after the certain date mentioned the users in the external learner group will not be able to access the Captive Prime.
