I have the most recent versions of Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome...

The only browser that seems to work okay with my learning modules in Adobe Captivate Prime is Safari.  However, some of my friends who are helping me test content cannot see video in Firefox and the link to sending an email does not work in Google Chrome.  Am I missing something when I publish my Adobe Captivate 9 files directly to Adobe Captivate Prime?

    Hi Randall,

    Firefox is not supported at this time. Regarding the link for email, can you provide a screenshot or more specifics about the issue? Do you mean the link to send an email copy of the student notes from the learner dashboard?

    Hi Allen,

    I have attached a screen shot.  The URL link works from Google Chrome and Safari, but the email link will not work in Google Chrome (works in Safari).
