I want to cancel my subscription

I want to cancel my subcription plan but Adobe keep saying ''You need to pay 227,29 TL to cancel your plan''. Since when this is a thing? Also I can't see my plans details. It says 3,40 TL / per month but there is a no plan like this. I don't even know what's my bill cost me next month? What kind of administration is this?
