If Monthly Active User Pricing, can historical users access Certificates?

Hi,

 

Sorry if this is a dumb question... the halpbot wasnt very helpful. 

 

we are looking at purchasing the Captivate Prime product and were wondering if we needed Registered User Pricing or Monthly Active User Pricing.

 

We expect to have a fair share of long-term users and very little churn... but they will only need to re-certify every second or third year and we don't really want to pay $4 a month for someone on an ongoing basis.

 

If someone creates an account under Monthly Active User Pricing, then completes their Certification, can they log in at any time in the future for the purpose of retrieving their historical certification?

The completion once achieved for Certification with Monthly Active User license is when a user will occupy a license only when they do one of the following activities:
Consuming a course, learning program, or certification.
Consuming, downloading a Job Aid or course attachments.
Consuming, downloading or creating personal notes.
Participating in Social Learning by creating Boards, posts or comments.
Achieving completions due to External Certificate submission approvals or attendance for classroom/virtual classroom sessions.
