iOS/ Captivate Prime App
I have gone through approximately 10 posts regarding the app. Many people stating they are excited about the app (which I was as well), and then there are many complaints regarding the app e.g. being sluggish, not working, closing down...etc
Unfortunately, I now fall into the later group. I have written to the CP team and they confess that there is a problem with the app.
- The first thing that is really upsetting is that I pay to use CP and most of my clients use the app. This is not good for my business. My companies name is being tarnished by this
- One of the big selling points of CP was the gamification aspect... This is almost non existent on the app ... all the learner receives is a tally of points.. .that's it
I really think the app needs more attention. I think it needs more... much more..
