Is there are way to turn on the conversations feature for all courses by default?

Hello Prime Tech Development Team.

If I remember correctly, Allen Partridge at the eLearning Conference in Washington DC April 19, 2017 announced we now have a conversations feature in Prime. Something that can support informal & social learning, as it relates to a course.

How can I turn on the conversations feature, by default, for all my existing courses?
