Issue publishing from Captivate to Prime

Hi

I have an issue with a Captivate project (2019 version) in that when I view my project in Captivate it is fine but when I publish to Prime and view in the "Learner" view it is missing the first slide and starts on slide 2 always.  What could the problem be, has anyone else encountered this issue?  Would appreciate an answer or some advice on this as it is quite urgent.
