Job Aid - Private?

There is a setting when creating a Job Aid. You can select PRivate. What does tht do? Who can see it if it is Private?

Hi Richard,

Select the Job Aid as private if you do not want the job aid to be accessed by any other authors for assigning to their respective courses.

So we can have multiple authors in the Captivate Prime. This setting would restrict any other Author to use Job aid in their courses.
