Latest Upgrade won't allow me to upload my Video Content

I'm trying to upload some video content to some modules (7 videos x 7 modules) the Module text content remains but the uploads keep failing. This appeared to be fine Prior to the upgrade last Friday. The files are MP4 file format. Please advise

    This is the Error alert that I get:

    "Induction Training failed to be uploaded. Reason: . An Internal Error has occurred. Please try again."

    No matter how many times I try, the files still won't load!
