leaderboard points seem to have stalled

We have points turned out for a number of completion methods, yet recently our leaderboard seems to no longer be adding up points for users - we have tested with a couple users completing content that should assign points to them and it is not?

Be sure to check the "Gamification" options, using the Administrator function. Once a learner reaches the threshold of courses PER the parameter, the count will stop, according to the setting (i.e. - month, qtr, etc.)
