LinkedIn based classes won't connect, but Adobe does: not Lumos

I'm new on the platform, I've done the mandatory courses and no problem. Every LindedIn based class I try to attend will simply not connect (it stays on an empty image (included). I thought it could be the Lumos platform but when I logged into an Adobe class, it all went smoothly.

    I would suggest you to try a second browser or try clearing the cache of Safari and give it another go. 

    Also please try not using incognito browser pages for LinkedIn Learning courses.
