I recently uploaded some content to Prime that was created with Captivate 2019.

The modules do not play. Just the spinning wheel.

The same modules play fine when uploaded to SCORM Cloud.

My old 2017 modules play just fine.

Other users are experiencing the same.

    Hi All,

    The patch is applied to Captivate that addresses this concern.

    Kindly update your captivate 2019

    Steps:

    1. Click Help

    2. Click Check for updates

    Let me know if you face any issues after applying this updates with playing your project in Captivate Prime.

    I just updated and I still have the issue.

    Thanks to the tips here, I uploaded it to a SCORM free account, then re-downloaded it as a dispatch and uploaded that to Captivate Prime. It worked.

    I've been in contact with Adobe about this issue and they resolved it by creating a patch for Captivate. After downloading it, the issue is resolved. From my understanding, the patch should be shared very soon by Adobe.

      I posted this on the post but figured I'd post what I found here as well...

      Ok, so this has to be a bug. I tested a bunch of different things and I've narrowed it down to the Project > Skin Editor > Show Playback Control. All of my courses do not currently have this enabled (I just don't care for it, I like my buttons better). I enabled this and the course will load. Really strange.

        Interesting,

        I am in the same boat.

        I always have controls disabled.

        I will try to just enable that and load as well to see what happens.
