Masthead Size in Immersive View

When uploading an image/video to be used as a masthead banner in Immersive view, the recommended dimensions are 1024x576 pixels. This looks good for the large banner, but what are the recommended dimensions for the medium and small settings? When I change to those settings the image I've uploaded is significantly cropped.

    My Act Manager gave me this dimension and it worked well for us: Masthead 1280 x 360

    Yes, that's what I was using, but it only works or the large masthead banner. If I change it to the small setting it crops the image/video.
