Multiple Managers for a External Profile

Hi. I have the following scenario. Multiple External Profiles for independent companies that enter a catalog of courses for each one. Each company has more than one Manager, but I can't find how to assign this role to more than one user in the external profile. Apparently, I can only assign the Manager role to a single user from the external profile.
Mainly I need the Manager profile for several users from the same external company so that they can consult the reports on the progress status of their work group's training.
Is it possible to assign access to reports to more than one user of an External Profile?
I would appreciate any ideas you can give me to solve this scenario.
